We were delighted with Bill Gleason and the staff at Blount and even met the owner and chatted with him. Everyone was friendly and professional. As a little background: In 2011 we went to Honda of Ocala to trade in our 2003 Pilot which we bought at Weiken Honda in Canton, Ohio who was so easy to deal with. We were looking for a new Accord-- OMG! it took us the entire day, no I am not kidding - 8 hours - to get to test drive and make the purchase! Every time we asked a question it was back and forth to get an answer. And making the purchase deal was so bad that I actually got up to leave at one point, and suddenly they then wanted to make a deal. And they actually sold our Pilot that night; I know this because we had forgotten about the third seat head rests and the new owner called us the next day to see if he could pick them up. So much for the privacy act, they just gave him our name and phone number. Even getting an oil change was a 3-4 hour ordeal. So, this time we did our research on the internet and sent an e-mail to Blount and another dealer in Orlando and had an answer back from Bill Gleason within an hour. Set up an appointment, went down to look at the Pilot they had on the lot, told him what we wanted for our Accord and within no time, Bam! we had our Pilot. We ordered door guards and side steps, the Service Dept. called us when they came in, I think it was three days later and set up an appointment to get them installed. The Service Dept. was courteous and professional. What a difference a dealership makes. Blount does the right things right! Thank Heavens! And yes, those cookies are good! Our thanks to Bill and all the staff at Blount.

Called at noon today and needed the water pump on my CRV. The service department got me in by 2:00 and out the door by 4:30 and on my way back to Maryland. The charge was about 1/2 of what I would have paid in Maryland. Thanks Aaron in the service department.

Had a slight 'shudder' problem with my 2010 Pilot Touring 2WD. Found some information on the Internet about this, made an appointment and took it in. Kimberly Kiefer in Service was great to deal with: listened to my explanation very carefully, explained my options and got the vehicle into the workshop quickly. I didn't get to meet the tech who worked on it, but he/she knew their stuff. Two hours and two software updates later, its fixed, and under the Powertrain Warranty too! (I only wish my smartphone or computer were this reliable - they need software updates weekly, not every few years.... ) I bought my Pilot elsewhere - when I lived up North - but Blount have always treated me well. I'll certainly be back - but it probably won't need to be soon.

Bought a Honda Accord V6 about 6 weeks ago and had a pleasant experience, thanks to Kyle Fancher. Shopped 5 other dealers and was out right lied to on several points. Speaking of lying, just kidding, Honda advertises 21 mpg city and 34 highway or a combined 25mpg. Recently made a round trip to Melbourne, FL and got a whopping 36.4 mph.which I found very impressive for a 287hp engine. Very happy so far with the Honda.

February 2013 - Driving almost 2 hours was well worth the drive. They were very reputable and very willing to take care of us. In my search for a used Honda fit, I had been in contact with many dealers emailing and calling. I don't like the whole pushy sales thing and was paying cash, and every other dealer had tried to convince me to make payments, which I had already made up my mind about. Blount Honda didn't even mention "financing". They were very willing to work with me and were not pushy at all. When they had made their final offer, they told me that they were not about selling you a car you can't afford. My experience was very pleasant, and would recommend anyone buying a car from them. After having a poor experience with a local dealership (Holler Honda, Orlando), I decided to email the folks at Blount Honda. They were quick to respond with an accurate (down to the penny) out the door price for a new 2011 Honda Civic honoring the national 200/0/0/0 35 month lease. When I arrived they had two Civics (one blue/one gray) detailed and ready for inspection. I was expecting the sales people to pull last minute shenanigans with me... well... much to my surprise... it never happened! Many thanks to Ted and Jay for their hard work and excellent deal on my new 2011 Honda Civic. Note: Although the dealership was about an hours drive away, it was well worth the drive to avoid the sharkish and snobby "city" dealerships.
